Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for initiating contact with potential customers and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunities. Conduct multi-touch outreach via cold calling, emails, and social channels to raise awareness of FranklinCovey products, educate prospects on business value, and identify buyer potential using a defined qualification framework. Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives; exceed daily activity targets (80-100 activities); manage your own book of accounts and set strategic direction for follow-up. Collaborate with team members to share best practices, provide feedback to SDR Managers, and contribute to process improvements. Requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of inside sales experience, with preferred experience in outbound/cold-calls and proficiency with Salesforce, Clari/Groove, Gong, and SalesNavigator. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience in an inside sales position
- 2+ years of experience making outbound/cold-calls
