Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting previously approved customers who did not move forward and converting partially completed financing applications into full submissions. Role involves high-volume outbound calls, educating prospects on funding options, driving urgency to maximize submission volume, and maintaining CRM records (Salesforce). Key activities include speaking with business owners to assess goals, presenting funding solutions, mastering a high-volume auto-dialer, and collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Direct Sales to improve the funnel. Required skills include exceptional phone presence, fast typing, strong written communication, multi-channel outreach (SMS/Email), and a data-driven approach to meeting quarterly targets. Bilingual ability (Spanish) is preferred. Compensation includes CAD-based base and variable components with a remote-first, flexible work environment; office options available for in-person collaboration.
