Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting target accounts via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative outbound tactics; qualifying prospects and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives; collaborating on outbound messaging, sequences, and value propositions tailored to US markets; researching accounts, industries, and buying personas to personalise outreach; maintaining clean data in HubSpot and prospecting tools; sharing insights on objection patterns and market feedback; helping establish outbound best practices for future SDR hires. The role emphasizes building outbound engine from scratch, working with Head of Sales and AEs, and growing into a more senior sales role over time.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of SDR, BDR, or sales-adjacent experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
- confident on the phone and thoughtful in written communication
- curious and able to understand different businesses
- organised and disciplined with self-management
- able to handle rejection and ambiguity
- ambition to grow into AE or senior role
