Job Summary
Sales Development Representative - Enterprise role focused on Southeast Asia, partnering with Account Executives to drive pipeline for Workiva’s SaaS platform. Responsibilities include targeted account research, prospecting via cold-calling, email, campaigns, and social outreach; qualifying leads to advance them into the pipeline; articulating Workiva’s platform benefits to decision-makers; supporting forecasting, CRM updates, and post-event follow-ups; and maintaining product knowledge to meet revenue goals. Requires experience in sales/BD/lead generation, English and Bahasa Indonesia and/or Bahasa Melayu proficiency, strong communication, high activity levels, CRM familiarity, and willingness to travel up to 10%. The role emphasizes collaboration with regional teams and a metrics-driven approach to pipeline growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or similar
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia and/or Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with action-orientation
- Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities
- Experience with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce)
- Travel up to 10% for meetings and events
