Job Summary
Enterprise-focused SDR/BDR role driving outbound prospecting to build enterprise pipeline from zero, targeting CXOs and senior marketing leaders with AI-driven, data-led marketing and engagement solutions. Responsibilities include cold outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and account targeting; generating qualified enterprise meetings; collaborating with Account Executives on penetration strategies; maintaining CRM hygiene and measuring outbound metrics; and continuously testing messaging and sequences. Preferred backgrounds include experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, MarTech/AdTech, and selling marketing or SaaS solutions to enterprise clients. Must-haves center on outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and ability to engage enterprise marketing stakeholders; applicants should exhibit high ownership, speed, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Advanced understanding of enterprise marketing ecosystems and agency/client dynamics, with a strong emphasis on communication and objection-handling skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of SDR/BDR/Inside Sales/Enterprise Lead Generation roles
- Experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline creation for enterprise accounts
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to target CXOs, Marketing Heads, Digital, Growth, CRM, and Performance Marketing leaders
- Experience selling marketing, advertising, growth, SaaS, AI, or digital solutions to enterprise clients
- Exposure to MarTech/AdTech environments and enterprise marketing ecosystems
- Proficiency with CRM hygiene, outreach tracking, and conversion metrics
- Ability to craft personalized outreach for enterprise accounts
