Job Summary
Sales Development Representative to bridge marketing and sales for an AI-augmented, B2B2E digital voucher product. You will qualify inbound/outbound leads, pilot and optimize AI SDR tools (e.g., Qualified.com), train an AI companion, and ensure a high-quality pipeline.Responsibilities include AI tool optimization and management, lead qualification using frameworks such as BANT/MEDDIC, human-in-the-loop hand-offs to guide prospects to demos, funnel analysis and data integrity in the CRM, and achieving KPIs for qualified opportunities handed to the BDs/AMs. Qualifications include 1-3 years in B2B sales, SaaS, MarTech, or RevOps; CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot); strong data interpretation skills; excellent written and verbal communication; adaptability to AI-driven workflows; and fluency in Mandarin with professional English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, MarTech, or RevOps
- Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data dashboards and translate into actionable workflow improvements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling sales scripts and handle objections smoothly
- Agile, tech-savvy, and highly adaptable to new software and AI-driven workflows
- Fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English
