Job Summary
Drive Social Media is seeking a Sales Development Representative to prospect small to medium-sized businesses nationwide via outbound cold calls, emails, and social outreach; perform high-volume calls using the Orum dialer; book 20 qualified introductory appointments per week for our senior sales team; maintain CRM (Salesforce) records; meet weekly outreach and monthly appointment goals; requires proven cold calling or high-volume phone experience, strong communication, resilience, time-management, and a drive to advance in a fast-growing sales organization. CRM experience or familiarity with tools like Orum is a plus. The role offers paid training, mentorship, fast promotion path, and comprehensive benefits after 90 days.
