Job Summary
Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for outbound telesales, high daily call volume, cold calling, and appointment setting; leads generation to qualify prospects and schedule quality meetings for Account Executives; maintains CRM records, tracks pipeline, and ensures smooth handoff; handles objections, builds rapport, creates urgency, and positions value effectively. Requires 2+ years in sales/telesales, experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io), advanced English, and strong communication, persistence, adaptability, and a KPI-driven mindset.
