Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for outbound outreach to lawyers, law firms, and corporations to generate qualified leads and set meetings for the field sales team. Responsibilities include conducting outreach via telephone and email, educating and qualifying prospects, researching accounts, overcoming objections, consistently achieving meeting quotas, and collaborating with Regional Sales Executives. The role requires a confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, a self-starter attitude, coachability, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy sales environment. A bachelor’s degree is required, with additional credit for candidates with a degree in communications, business, or related fields and experience in high-volume outbound prospecting. Needs include Salesforce/Salesloft or similar CRM experience, and a track record of meeting activity and qualified meetings. The position is based in Austin, TX, US.
