Job Summary
Sales Development Representative for the DACH region responsible for proactive outbound prospecting, multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), and qualification of leads. You will collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to generate high-quality opportunities by following a cadence, handing over SQLs to the sales team, and contributing to lead-management and marketing campaigns. Must be proficient in identifying real business potential, managing customer interactions, and maintaining robust CRM processes; prior experience in SaaS/Tech and 1-2 years in B2B sales is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in B2B sales
- Sales Development or Telemarketing experience preferred
- CRM familiarity (Salesforce or similar)
- SaaS/Tech exposure a plus
