Account-based Sales Development Representative for a construction-technology platform. Drive outbound prospecting (roughly 60% of activities) and nurture warmer inbound leads (40%), engaging subcontractors and general contractors to advance opportunities. Daily activity includes 60–70 dials plus LinkedIn outreach and direct mail; weekly target of 6–8 qualified demos or Stage 1 CRM opportunities. Collaborate closely with senior mid-market AEs who have established books of business. Emphasis on understanding construction processes, change orders, and project administration, with a bias toward a high-velocity, phone-centric outreach approach in a startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- Construction exposure — internship, part-time, or 1–2 years full-time
