Job Summary
SDR at FlapKap responsible for outbound prospecting across key verticals (F&B, Clinics, Retail, and B2B), building targeted prospect lists, conducting discovery calls using BANT and SPIN, qualifying leads to ICP criteria, and scheduling high-quality meetings for BDRs with detailed prospect context. Roles emphasize outbound reach, multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), and accurate CRM logging and reporting to fuel the sales pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- +1 years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role in fintech, SaaS, or B2B services preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-booking quotas
- Hands-on experience with high-volume cold calling and multi-channel outbound sequences (email + phone + LinkedIn)
- Solid working knowledge of BANT and SPIN frameworks
- Experience using a CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipeline and report on activity
