Job Summary

Sales Development Representative in London (hybrid) responsible for opportunity generation and pipeline development. You will be the first line of communication with prospects, source new sales prospects, leverage LinkedIn and video prospecting, qualify opportunities using BANT, and collaborate with sales closers to accelerate revenue. Daily tasks include outbound dialing (60+ dials per day), inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails to position Commvault solutions; build relationships with sales counterparts; and maintain momentum in a fast-paced team environment. Requirements include 2+ years of related sales experience, IT sales or B2B SaaS exposure preferred, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with SFDC/SalesLoft/Outreach. The role supports a hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the London office (Tuesday–Thursday) and requires living and working in the country.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years sales/BD experience
  • IT sales or B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
