Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities for Cleo's EMEA sales team. Key duties include cold-calling, email and social selling, collaborating with Marketing to create collateral, qualifying prospects, and achieving monthly outbound activity targets (dials, emails, touches). Will develop product expertise, stay informed on industry trends, and use sales tools and account-based orchestration to craft tailored messaging and drive urgency with prospects. Must be able to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, results orientation, and a positive work ethic in the IT/Software industry.
