Job Summary
Conduct 80-100 outbound touchpoints daily via call, text, email, and video against semi-cold leads to convert them into Discovery Visits. Execute a structured follow-up cadence that handles objections regarding cost, timing, and skepticism while setting expectations to protect show rates. Confirm commitments, maintain accurate CRM documentation, and report on booking and conversion metrics. Participate in weekly sales coaching, call reviews, and live role-play sessions to refine approach. This role supports CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates as they scale from $1.5M to $2-3M in revenue, helping active adults over 40 achieve mobility without surgery or injections.
Required Qualifications
- US-based, authorized to work in the US, available during Eastern Time business hours
- 2+ years of outbound sales, SDR, or appointment-setting experience with a real high-volume call/text/email cadence
- Proven track record hitting booking or revenue targets
- Strong, demonstrable objection-handling ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with coaching, feedback, and role-play as part of the job — not just a one-time onboarding thing
