Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative, you will own the nurturing and cultivation of relationships with prospects, creating a structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting. You will make 8-10 outbound calls per hour focused on scheduling sales appointments and effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs for RV products. Utilization of a CRM system for managing customer interactions and maintaining accurate data is essential. You will also track personal performance metrics and align efforts with marketing campaigns to enhance lead generation. The role requires strong communication skills, a motivated sales approach, and prior CRM experience.

- Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Has prior CRM experience and is very computer savvy
