Job Summary
Execute high-volume outbound outreach, including 80–100 dials daily via phone, email, and LinkedIn, to mortgage brokers, wholesale partners, and real estate investors. Research and identify accounts matching the ideal customer profile, while managing and nurturing inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events. Serve as the first line of defense for broker onboarding by evaluating account eligibility, providing pricing feedback across DSCR and Non-QM products, and setting qualified appointments for the origination team. Maintain accurate records of all activity and accounts in Salesforce, collaborating with marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in an SDR, inside sales, phone sales, or customer-facing role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with high-volume outbound calling
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and coachable
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in real estate and lending
- Able to quickly learn loan program guidelines and communicate pricing and eligibility clearly
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Familiarity with prospecting tools
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, real estate, or a related field
- Prior experience selling into mortgage brokers, real estate investors, or the private / business-purpose lending space
- Working knowledge of DSCR or Non-QM loan products
- Experience with sales engagement platforms
- A track record of hitting or exceeding activity and appointment quotas
- Prior experience in a fast-growth lending or fintech environment
