Job Summary

Sales Development Representative at BrainStation in NYC focused on engaging professionals across AI, Data, Design, Marketing, and Product. Responsible for the first layer of engagement, introducing BrainStation’s mission, building relationships, and delivering best-in-class experiences at world-class events and through tailored outreach. Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Marketing to ensure targeted, measurable outreach; cultivate relationships with stakeholders, alumni, and advocates to drive long-term community growth; support planning and execution of events and brand experiences to spark interest and participation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 1–3 years in marketing, partnerships, business development, or community-related roles; strong communication skills; self-starter mentality; comfort across phone, email, video, and in-person channels; experience with CRM/outreach tools is a plus.

Required Qualifications
