Job Summary
Engage with inbound leads via phone and email to introduce Axis solutions, build relationships, and qualify prospects for the field sales organization. Proactively research, identify, and prospect potential customers through ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and company databases while driving registration for Academy training classes. Accurately update Salesforce records, track interactions, and maintain pipeline visibility. Work closely with field sales staff to ensure seamless handoffs and provide feedback on lead quality. This role requires on-site presence in Chelmsford, MA with one day of remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- On-site in Chelmsford, MA office with flexibility to work remotely one day per week
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong personal drive to achieve individual and group performance targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player who can effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude to quickly learn new technologies, products, and processes
- Organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple challenging tasks at once
- Innate curiosity with the desire to understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related area
- 0-2+ years in sales or marketing position
- Portuguese language is a MUST
