Job Summary
Sales Development Representative to expand within the Australian and APAC markets; you will be the frontline ambassador for a leading financial consultancy, identifying high-value opportunities, qualifying leads to rigorous standards, and driving adoption of world-class financial technology implementations. Requires 5+ years of B2B sales experience, fluency in French (C1/C2) and English, CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce), and a proven track record in outbound lead development. Must be based in the APAC region and able to work Australian business hours; initial two-week training period aligned to UK time. Candidates with experience selling into French-speaking markets and SaaS/tech/B2B services are encouraged, with strong communication, negotiation, and results-orientation essential. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) and strong English communication skills
- Proven experience targeting or selling into French-speaking markets (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Quebec)
- Strong track record of exceeding outbound sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Highly self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
- Experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B services is highly preferred
