Job Summary

Sales Development Representative responsible for converting leads into sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, setting appointments for the sales team, and achieving inbound/outbound activity targets. You will contact and qualify leads, serve as the first point of contact with prospects, manage ~150 outbound calls daily, and educate/qualify leads to create sales opportunities while collaborating to improve processes and client experience. The role emphasizes high energy, strong communication, prospecting, lead utilization, and achieving monthly/weekly goals in a full-time, weekday schedule (8AM-5PM).

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in SaaS or software sales
  • Experience identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
  • Ability to contact and qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Experience presenting value propositions via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed weekly/monthly goals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to educate and qualify leads to create sales
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Ability to manage objections and drive process improvements
  • Experience with prospect data acquisition and lead management
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM in a full-time role
