Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for contacting and qualifying leads, setting appointments for the sales team, and serving as the first point of contact with prospects. You will reach and exceed weekly/monthly goals, identify opportunities to establish customer relationships, manage prospect data, handle inbound and outbound inquiries, and educate leads to create sales opportunities. Expect to average around 150 outbound calls per day, participate in process improvements to enhance the client experience, and contribute to a high-energy SaaS sales environment. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM schedule located in Mayfair, London (UK).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or SaaS
- Ability to articulate value proposition via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
- Experience identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
- Proven collaboration and negotiation skills
- Capable of maintaining a high-energy, enthusiastic approach and meeting weekly/monthly goals
