Job Summary

Sales Development Representative at AppsFlyer responsible for driving outbound prospecting and pipeline generation in the Eastern European region. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and generating qualified opportunities, then partnering with Account Executives to enable handoffs. You’ll conduct discovery conversations to uncover business needs, align AppsFlyer’s value proposition to customer pain points, and collaborate with Marketing and Partner Managers on outreach strategies and pipeline acceleration. Maintain a strong sales pipeline, manage leads in Salesforce, and continuously optimize outreach approaches. The role requires native Portuguese, fluent English, and Russian and/or Polish language skills, plus 2+ years of SDR experience in SaaS/high-tech environments, strong outbound prospecting abilities, and familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Native Portuguese speaker
  • Fluent English
  • Russian (and/or) Polish language fluency
  • +2 years of SDR experience, preferably within SaaS or high-tech environments
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (advantage)
