Sales Development Representative (APAC Growth)

Job Summary
Sales Development Representative to spearhead growth across APAC markets (Australia and Singapore) for a high-growth sales acceleration partner. Represent a premier consultancy that specializes in financial technology implementation and strategic consultancy. Drive outbound prospecting to senior finance leaders, qualify leads to strict standards, and book discovery calls while coordinating with the consultant team. Manage pipeline using Salesloft and Salesforce, and conduct 50-80 outbound calls per day to CFOs, Finance Directors, and VPs of Finance. Job involves engaging with leading global software brands, targeting FinTech, SaaS, Manufacturing, and Insurance sectors, and generating leads for industry events within the APAC region. Experience required in outbound prospecting and selling to finance leadership, with the ability to work UK/Western European hours and Australian time zones. Nice-to-haves include 5+ years in B2B sales and prior consultancy-services experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record in outbound prospecting
- Extensive experience selling directly to Finance leadership (CFOs, Finance Directors, or Heads of Financial Transformation)
- Ability to work Australian business hours (any Australian timezone variant) while being based in the APAC region or South Africa
- Availability to commit to an initial two-week training period operating on UK Western European Time
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong preference for an Australian accent to suit the target market
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume activity (calls/emails) while maintaining high conversion quality
- Professional maturity and the ability to influence senior decision-makers via phone and digital channels
