Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for building qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound discovery calls to industrial buyers. Core duties include 100–150 call attempts per day, reaching the right contacts, conducting first discovery to identify pain, qualifying for real fit and timing, and creating Sales Accepted Leads for Account Executives. Collaboration with team through hands-on discovery, problem-focused questioning, and a compelling narrative around operating machines and warehouse planning to reduce downtime and improve spare parts planning. Role emphasizes live conversations over emails, with ownership of the early qualification process, ongoing script improvement, and direct feedback. Tools include HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Clay, Aircall, and Calltime. On-site in Stuttgart, Germany, with English and German fluency desired. KPI expectations include 10–15 SQLs per month and 100–150 calls per day, and a pathway to become an Account Executive based on performance and learning.
