Job Summary
Generate qualified pipeline by executing outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and social channels using defined messaging frameworks. Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing needs, buying process, timeline, budget, and fit against ICP. Collaborate with Account Executives to support named accounts by researching and identifying key decision-makers. Personalize outreach leveraging account intelligence and engagement data. Maintain accurate CRM activity and use tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and sequencing platforms. Provide feedback to Growth/Marketing/Product teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Support event-based prospecting initiatives with timely follow-up on event leads. Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly pipeline targets by maintaining consistent prospecting cadence. Build foundational knowledge of company products, value propositions, and competitive positioning to articulate solutions. Forge productive relationships with sales and marketing stakeholders to align on priorities and handoffs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Proficiency with sales engagement tools such as SalesLoft, Outreach, Gong Engage
- Proficiency with Contact Enrichment and discovery tools such as ZoomInfo
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to personalize outreach across multiple prospecting channels
- Ability to manage multiple prospecting channels simultaneously
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking and reporting
- Understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and buyer personas
- Ability to analyze engagement data to prioritize outreach efforts
