Job Summary
Sales Development Representative role focusing on AI-driven outbound, owning the prospecting motion end-to-end, designing workflows and AI agent prompts, and personally engaging high-priority accounts. Responsibilities include managing AI outbound agents across channels, analyzing AI output, refining ICPs and buyer personas, qualifying inbound and AI-generated interest before handing off to Account Executives, building scalable playbooks and templates, collaborating with Sales/Marketing/Product, and maintaining CRM hygiene with accurate pipeline forecasts. Strong emphasis on leveraging AI tools, strategic thinking, and written communication to convert opportunities into pipeline; NYC-based with an in-office 3x per week requirement.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B SDR/BDR experience
- Strong written communication
- Analytical mindset
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, developer tools, or product-led SaaS is a strong plus
