Job Summary
Sales Development Representative at Achievers with hybrid work flexibility in Toronto. Core duties include prospecting Fortune 500 companies by phone, email, and social channels to initiate conversations and qualify meetings for the Account Executive. You will collaborate with teammates to develop innovative prospecting campaigns, leverage sales productivity tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Vidyard, Sales Navigator, etc.), and actively develop your sales skills and career. The role offers base compensation in the $45k-$50k range with uncapped commission, a defined growth path, and benefits including health insurance, parental leave top-up, RRSP matching, flexible vacation, and a collaborative, inclusive culture. The position is permanent full-time with hybrid flexibility and time in the Liberty Village, Toronto office.
