Job Summary
Sales Development Representative sought to identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calling. You will meet/exceed SAL&SQL goals, qualify inbound prospects, and drive outbound opportunities for named accounts. The role requires a hunter mentality, resilience in handling rejection, exceptional phone presence, and the ability to articulate 8x8's value to prospect pain points. You will participate in extensive formal and ongoing training, work within a fast-paced, collaborative team, and contribute to a high-energy sales culture focused on career development in Hi-Tech sales. Strong writing and communication skills, plus ability to explain complex issues clearly, are essential. The compensation discussion notes base pay ranges across the US with potential performance-based incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Experience with SaaS or technology sales is a plus
- Experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus
