Job Summary
Remote SDR role in LATAM seeking a motivated professional to drive outbound prospecting (150+ touches/day) and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team. Responsibilities include cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, qualifying leads, scheduling 8-10 meetings per month, and maintaining a robust prospect pipeline using CRM tools. Candidates should have 2+ years in SDR/Outbound roles, strong professional communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setting. English proficiency at C1 is required, with experience in IT/healthcare/healthcare-tech SaaS environments and familiarity with CRM/lead-gen platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo). Healthcare/HIPAA exposure is a big plus. The role offers remote work, PTO, weekends off, growth opportunities, schedule flexibility, and USD commissions. Location note: remote role available in LATAM (Medellín, Colombia listed as example location).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in SDR/Outbound sales or similar
- C1 English
- Experience with CRM systems and lead-gen platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo)
- Exposure to HIPAA-compliant healthcare environments is a plus
