Job Summary
Procore is seeking a Sales Development Representative 2 to join the Sydney office and drive new business opportunities. You’ll work with an Account Executive to achieve monthly sales quotas, engage construction professionals via phone and email to identify opportunities, develop targeted lists and messaging, perform pre-call research, and maintain Salesforce records. The role emphasizes high-volume calling, collaboration, process improvement, and contributing to the team’s growth, with a preference for candidates who have a bachelor’s degree and SaaS software sales experience, particularly in construction-related contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in software sales, specifically SaaS
- Construction industry experience, especially with a general contractor or subcontractor
- Friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with Account Executives and sales management
- Willingness to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
