Job Summary

Sales Development Representative to join an outbound SDR team. Responsibilities include hunting new and unexplored leads, managing your own pipeline, driving pipeline through discovery, value positioning, and relationship management, and building core processes that can be replicated for success.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience as part of an outbound sales team and a track record of exceeding quotas
  • Software, and / or cold-call sales experience
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models
  • Ability to qualify sales leads
  • Discipline and strong process orientation
  • Proficiency in conducting discovery and exploration during cold-calling interactions.
