Job Summary
SDR will drive revenue by performing outbound B2B sales to roofing companies across the US, owning the full sales cycle from initial contact to first order and beyond. Responsibilities include cold calling to introduce products, setting appointments, following up via phone/email/text to move prospects through the pipeline, onboarding new sign-ups, and re-engaging lapsed customers to foster consistent usage. Candidates should have experience in outbound sales, excel at verbal and written communication, handle high call volume, and stay self-motivated while managing their own pipeline and working from home most of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong written communication skills for emails and text follow-ups
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
- Self-motivated and organized to manage your own pipeline
- Ability to work from home most of the time
- Persistent without being pushy and ability to build quick rapport with business owners
