Job Summary
Sales Development Representative for Motion Industries focused on outbound prospecting across multiple branch locations. Drives opportunities by identifying customer needs, quoting, and converting sales on products not currently being purchased; collaborates with customer service for order entry, tracking, and technical needs; updates CRM to reflect follow-ups and active quotes; promotes Ecommerce capabilities and trains customers on these tools to simplify doing business. Requires strong sales experience, ability to understand customer pain points, and relationship-building with field sales teams; proficiency with CRM, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel); ability to multi-task and maintain urgency to achieve sales goals; demonstrates professional communication, rapport-building, and the capacity to influence others; operates within a team-oriented, results-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- two (2) or more years of related sales experience or an equivalent combination
