Job Summary
Sales Development Representative role representing Motion Industries to customers; proactively makes outbound calls across multiple branch locations to engage and develop sales opportunities, identify customer needs, quote and convert sales on products, collaborate with branch/division teams, and update CRM; presents Ecommerce capabilities to assigned accounts and trains customers on these tools to facilitate easy business, with emphasis on strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) or more years of related sales experience or an equivalent combination
