Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative, you will nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects throughout their journey, create a structured sales funnel, and utilize various lead-generation techniques to drive appointments. You are expected to make 8-10 outbound calls per hour, manage customer information using a CRM system, and align with marketing initiatives to enhance lead generation. Required skills include strong communication, results-driven motivation, and the ability to manage responsibilities effectively. Previous sales experience is a plus.
