Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects from initial contact to post-sale support, while creating a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting. Responsibilities include making 8-10 outbound calls per hour to schedule sales appointments, utilizing CRM systems to manage customer information and sales interactions, and aligning efforts with ongoing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be results-driven for sales, and possess excellent customer service skills, with prior CRM experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Results driven and motivated for sales
- Excellent customer service
- Effectively manages responsibilities with time management
- Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Prior CRM experience and is very computer savvy
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
