Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging relationships with customers. Responsibilities include nurturing relationships from initial contact to post-sale support, creating a structured sales funnel, making 8-10 outbound calls per hour to generate appointments, effectively communicating with leads, and recording customer interactions using CRM. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, motivation for sales, customer service excellence, time management abilities, and prior CRM experience.
