Job Summary
Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for nurturing and cultivating relationships with prospects, creating a structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting, and generating appointments via outbound calls and lead-generation activities. Collaborates with marketing initiatives, records and tracks activities in the CRM, achieves personal metrics (appointments scheduled, calls made, customer engagements), and supports a seamless handoff to the sales team. Requires CRM experience, strong communication, customer service skills, ability to multi-task, and willingness to contribute to online reputation management and team success.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Has prior CRM experience and is very computer savvy
- Previous sales experience a plus
