Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative, you will nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects from initial contact to post-sale support, aiming to drive sustainable financial growth through proactive prospecting and appointment generation. This role requires effective communication to understand customer needs and provide information about RV products and services. Responsibilities include making 8-10 outbound calls per hour to schedule appointments, managing customer data within a CRM system, and collaborating with the Sales team to enhance total department performance. Strong time management, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential.

- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Results-driven and motivated for sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Prior CRM experience
- Computer savvy
