Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. Utilize scripts and a CRM to manage customer interactions, track performance metrics (appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, customer engagements), and support marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to online reputation management. Experience with VinSolutions is a plus; role requires proactive outreach (8-10 outbound calls per hour) and strong communication skills to educate customers about RV products and services.

- Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Has prior CRM experience
- Previous sales experience is a plus
