Job Summary
As a Sales Associate on the Power & HVAC team, you'll undergo a structured training program to become an Outside Sales Representative. You will shadow sales and operational roles, engage in outbound sales campaigns across various construction verticals, master key sales tools, and lead sales conversations involving pricing and rental requests. Additionally, you'll be involved in local team initiatives and receive daily coaching and performance feedback. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, customer-facing sales experience, and excellent communication skills, with opportunities for growth after spending 4-6 months in the program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

- Experience in a customer-facing sales role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficient computer and mobile phone/tablet skills
Additional Requirements
- Training: must live within reasonable driving distance of assigned branch and report on-site M-F
