Job Summary
Structured Sales Development Program for Mobile Storage at United Rentals. Begin at a local branch shadowing both sales and operational roles to gain end-to-end understanding of the equipment-rental lifecycle, with a digital onboarding class across North America. Progress through outbound sales campaigns across construction verticals and customer segments, master sales tools including CRM and inventory platforms, and lead high-level sales conversations including price negotiations and service contracts. Through onboarding, coaching, and ride-alongs to local jobsites, you’ll develop relationship-building skills and sales techniques to advance toward an Outside Sales Representative role within ~4–6 months, with ongoing team initiatives and performance tracking. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; strong interpersonal and communication skills; teamwork and collaboration; proficiency with computers and mobile devices; valid driver’s license.
