Job Summary

Manage full sales cycles from lead generation to closing, acting as the primary contact for clients to foster loyalty and align strategic goals through annual business reviews. Execute prospecting initiatives to create new leads and convert marketing-qualified opportunities by delivering technical presentations, preparing quotes, and negotiating complex deals. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients while collecting market intelligence for the Marketing Department. Organize sales activities in HubSpot CRM and oversee project implementation to ensure timely delivery of services. Work closely with lab operations, genetic scientists, and cross-functional teams to bring sustainable aquaculture solutions to the growing customer base.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience driving revenue growth in aquaculture and/or life sciences markets

  • Currently holds a position within the Aquaculture/Fisheries industry (Operations, Feeds, etc.)
  • Science background including animal sciences, biology, molecular biology, or related science
  • 5-10 yrs
  • Prolonged periods of sitting/keyboard work (frequent 4–6 hours/day)
  • Intermittent standing, walking, and stair climbing during site visits
  • Occasional bending, reaching, and twisting
  • Lifting up to 10 lbs frequently
