Job Summary
Sales Development Manager oversees the Business Development Center's sales activity from online leads and inbound calls to drive dealership traffic and convert opportunities, coaches and leads Sales Development Representatives, collaborates on training for Sales Associates, manages website-driven traffic, stays aligned with marketing campaigns, and maintains online reputation. Responsibilities include using CRM to track metrics, managing appointments and outcomes, staff recruitment and performance, and leveraging CRM data to improve departmental performance. VinSolutions experience is a plus; requires high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication, organization, and computer skills. The role offers full-time employment with benefits and a compensation range of $60,000–$90,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- CRM experience preferred
- VinSolutions experience is a huge plus
- Effective communication and team building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior Internet Sales Experience a plus
- Valid driver's license
