Job Summary
Sales Development Manager responsibilities include leading field-based B2B sales to commercial contractors in the Austin/San Antonio area, driving market growth for Bosch power tools, accessories, and measuring devices through cold calling, jobsite visits, and collaboration with distribution partners. You will own top jobsites, engage directly with users to understand needs, and translate insights into Bosch solutions. You will coordinate with marketing and local teams to execute dealer and on-site events, work with distributor field reps, manage CRM data daily, and oversee local budgeting. Strong communication, presentation, and financial acumen are required, along with proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Power BI. The role requires a High School diploma, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and US work authorization. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. The position is full-time and located in the Austin/San Antonio area with a remote work option indicated.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Previous B2B sales experience required, sales experience within construction, building materials and/or power tools industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and financial acumen
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI
