Job Summary
Inside Sales Development / Sales Account Executive role focused on supporting GST's sales operations: preparing accurate customer quotes with pricing, delivery details, and terms; processing purchase orders; monitoring order activity via backlog and open-order reports; following up on quotes and inquiries; coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics for on-time delivery; serving as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams; supporting RFQs and account growth initiatives; delivering exceptional service to new and existing accounts. Requires 3-4 years of inside sales experience, ERP and Excel proficiency, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, ability to produce precise quotes, effective written communication, and strong organizational capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
