Job Summary
Sales Development Executive responsible for promoting and selling Commercial Print, Packaging, Labels and Direct Mail products; develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base, owning a record of sales achievement. Requires ability to identify customer needs, negotiate prices and delivery times, coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives, forecast and contribute to sales plans, and utilize internal tools such as Salesforce to track activity. Demonstrates strong communication skills, customer service throughout the sales process, and the ability to develop long-term plans for key customers to meet revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to function of work
- 3 years of relevant work experience in sales
- Ability to present to C-Level and Senior Management Executives
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
