Job Summary
Pursue leads and visit existing/new customers to drive revenue for Commercial Print, Packaging, Labels, and Direct Mail solutions; assess customer needs, negotiate prices/delivery, and close sales orders while meeting revenue targets. Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts; develop long-term sales plans, forecast opportunities, and prioritize activities. Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives, coordinate with internal resources, and leverage Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting. Requires strong communication skills, ability to engage with C-Level and senior executives, and familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Bachelor's degree plus about 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record in achieving targets is expected. The role offers a non-recoverable draw with unlimited commission potential and a hybrid work arrangement in San Antonio, TX with the employer providing a benefits package.
