Job Summary
Sales Development Executive at RRD focusing on promoting and selling Commercial Print, Packaging, Labels and Direct Mail products to achieve significant sales targets. Develop revenue through creation of sales leads, initiating prospect calls, and establishing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Owns sales achievement and expands customer base. Responsibilities include pursuing leads, visiting customers, assessing needs, negotiating prices and delivery times, identifying prospects, building relationships for future business, providing feedback on market conditions, developing long-term sales plans, setting and prioritizing sales targets, coaching less experienced reps, recommending additional solutions, coordinating with internal resources, delivering excellent internal and external customer service, forecasting in Salesforce, and participating in special projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience; ability to present to C-Level and Senior Management; familiarity with Salesforce/CRM; willingness to engage in a hybrid remote arrangement in Timonium, MD. Compensation discussion notes include a non-recoverable draw expected for the first 6 months ($50,000-$150,000 per year) with potential for unlimited commission; benefits package described.
Required Qualifications
