Job Summary
Drive sales growth by securing placements of Mondelēz brands in UK Independent and Symbol retailers, optimize shelf visibility through merchandising, implement and monitor promotions, manage point-of-buy materials, and report on activities to hit KPIs and annual objectives. Requires strong sales experience (FMCG/CPG preferred), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong numeracy and analytical abilities, perseverance and attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license with up to 3 points. Offers a permanent contract with a Monday–Friday schedule, company car options, car-related benefits, annual leave, pension, and bonus opportunities. Relocation support is not available.
